Individual Therapy
Individual therapy may be right for you if you are wanting to experience personal growth and more confidence in your life. A good time to seek extra support is if you notice an increase in anxiety, sadness, overwhelm or burnout. You may be experiencing a life transition such as moving, grieving a loss, or going through a breakup .
Individual therapy is a dedicated space to focus on you and your growth. Here you can heal from trauma, develop more self compassion and increase your confidence.
With support, you can finding healing to live a more grounded life. For some individuals, I use a type of therapy called Lifespan Integration (LI) to support you in this process. You can read more about LI here.
Couples
Therapy
Couples therapy is for couples at any stage of their relationship, dating, engaged or married. Therapy can help increase connection, communication and security in your relationship. Some couples use therapy to build on an already sturdy foundation, while others seek support when they notice conflict has increased and they have a hard time connecting and working through it together.
Couples therapy focuses on identifying patterns of conflict, communicating more effectively, promoting empathy and developing tools to learn how to listen better and make repairs after arguing.
Premarital therapy is also offered to support you in your relationship before you take the next step. We focus on topics like: communication, family history, sex and intimacy, money, conflict repair, values and expectations.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy is for family members, friends, or co-workers who would like to work through paint points in their relationship.
Relationship therapy focuses on identifying what has hurt the relationships, and explores tools to create better communication and how to establish boundaries that are healthy and communicated well.
Those seeking non-romantic relationship counseling, may have experienced a rupture in their relationship that they are struggling to make amends over, have a history of hurt that needs repairing, or feel lost of forgotten after going through a life transition. Relationship therapy prioritizes the health of the important relationships in your life.
