Weekly Check-in Worksheets

Do you ever sit in the therapy room and have clarity on the changes you want to make, and how you might go about making those changes, only to leave the session and forget or deprioritize it? This weekly check-in worksheet was created so you can pause each week, reflect where you’re at (whether as an individual or as a couple), and keep the changes you say you want to make at the forefront of your mind. I’ve created a check-in for couples, and a check-in for individuals. Try to make this a weekly habit and see how it helps you live with more intention.

However you approach the holiday season, whether it’s with excitement and ease, or with can’t-keep-up, jam-packed-calendar-overwhelm, I want to help you get to the end of the year feeling a little more grounded and a little less exhausted.

The holiday mental wellness bingo card provides 25 mental wellness tools to help you slow down, reflect, breathe, and prioritize your well being during one of the busiest times of the year.

Invite a family member or friend to join you as you go for a bingo, or better yet, black out the board! Take these tools with you through the end of the year and into the new year.

Have you ever said you wanted to prioritize something in your life - like your mental health, relationships, or friendships - and then you continue to not make those things a priority?

I created a free and practical guide, Honoring what is most important to you, to help you:

  1. Identify what is most important to you and

  2. Support you with ample ideas for how to put your priorities into action!
